You have the right to do nothing

You can be without doing. 

You can be without doing, meaning as a human you are something just because you exist. 

If you're an adult and you pay your own way, you pay your own bills, you have your own place, you support yourself, you go to work, you come home, you support yourself, then you have the right to do nothing when you're done working.

It is okay to sit around and do nothing even if people tell you you're being lazy. 

You're not being lazy. 

You're relaxing. 

Your bills are paid. You have the right to do nothing. You're not hurting anybody else.

Now sure, if you have a family and you have to take care of the family and things around the house are not being taken care of, that's a different situation. 

But if everything's being taken care of, you do not have to always keep moving. You do have the right to sit still.
